Become a Technical Support and join our sales team in providing tech-driven solutions to our clients.





If you're looking for the opportunity to learn, develop, and share your knowledge and skills in tech, you have found it. We are looking for a Technical Support who will be joining our sales team to provide post-sale services to our clients.


Aside from the opportunity to learn more about Apple technology and how to troubleshoot software issues, you will also develop the skill in communicating and handling clients from companies and schools. You must be knowledgeable in basic and advanced troubleshooting for iOS and Mac and can perform effective troubleshooting via phone, email, SMS or direct messaging.


You will be the person our clients will trust to provide timely and accurate solutions to their technical problems.



Your Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Providing day to day general technical support to staff and students or clients. Training will be provided if necessary.

  • Performing first line repairs to equipment where possible or arranging for appropriate maintenance or repair for schools and business clients.

  • Producing self-help information and user guides that enable ease of use of the systems by the user

  • Carrying out portable appliance testing of equipment or assisting others to do so, as required

  • Any other duties which may from time to time be required and which are commensurate with the skills, experience and grade of the postholder



Your Qualifications and Skills

  • Knowledgeable of basic and advanced troubleshooting for iOS and Mac

  • Can perform effective troubleshooting via phone, email, SMS or direct messaging

  • Basic knowledge on Apple Technology (ASM, ABM, VPP, DEP) and MDM integration like JamF

  • Certified Apple Product Professional (APP) and Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP)

  • Must be a team player

  • Effective in oral and written English Communication skills

  • Experience in Apple Support environment is be an advantage

  • Love ideals of teamwork, excellence, innovation, trust and respect

  • Be willing to travel
