Switch is looking for a Service Officer in Charge

As a Service Officer-in-charge, you will lead a multi-store portfolio and be held accountable for store performance in the area by assessing the business and making sure store operations are in check.


You must be tech-savvy and should know how to diagnose and resolve technical problems. You must also be patient and empathic towards customers seeking for help.You are a leader who coach and develop future talent, share company vision and goals and consistently inspire your teams to create meaningful connections for customers, and each other. You must be process-oriented, solution-driven, and willing to guide your teammates to success.



Your Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage the team in the assigned branch

  • Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services

  • Gather customer’s information and determine the issues by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms and minimal root causes

  • Diagnose and resolve basic technical problem on Apple devices

  • Follow standard processes and procedures based on Apple Protocol Manuals

  • Accurately process and record all client sales, pullouts, diagnose transactions using ragic system Always properly coordinate reports with Service Technicians and Service Supervisor

  • Follow up and make scheduled callbacks to customers when necessary; stay current with system information, changes and updates

  • Assists CSO in resolving cases

  • Supervise and monitor the assigned branch

  • Take over the cash counter when needed



Your Qualifications and Skills

  • Be a graduate of 4 year technical/IT course

  • Have at least 1 year of customer service experience

  • Have strong people skills and a knack for problem solving

  • Have excellent time management skills and can make decisions quickly

  • Have the ability to maintain composure and customer focus while troubleshooting and solving technical issues

  • Have the ability to adhere to a schedule of customer appointments

  • Have an aptitude for acquiring skills in technical repairs and an eagerness to learn

  • Be flexible with your schedule. Your work hours will be based on business needs

  • Be passionate about creating a positive working environment

  • Love ideals of teamwork, excellence, innovation, trust and respect

  • Be willing to be assigned at Alabang Town Center or SM Lanang
