Switch is looking for a Customer Service Officer

Be a Customer Service Officer and be the support our customers need.

We’re looking for exceptional individuals who gain satisfaction from bringing resolution and insight to our customers. As a Customer Service Officer, you help our customers get more out of our products by sharing knowledge and providing exceptional customer service.
You offer assistance in setting up the device of new Apple owners and give current ones quick and efficient support. You must keep the customers happy and ensure that every situation you handle ends with a smile.
Your Duties and Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact at the Service Center Desk
Log, categorize, and prioritise all issues or requests raised by the customer/client
Investigate incident tickets to identify potential first-time fixes
Regularly track progress of open incidents and keep end-users updated with actions on their devices
Document and maintain knowledge scripts for new and existing incidents
Your Qualifications and Skills
Be a graduate of Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or related field. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
Have excellent time management skills and can make decisions quickly
Have strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Have the ability to demonstrate excellent customer service and work ethics in negotiating difficult situations
Be able to reassure customers when delivering product diagnoses and potential solutions.
Be a fast learner and be willing to be trained
Be flexible with your schedule. Your work hours will be based on business needs.
Be passionate about creating a positive working environment
Love ideals of teamwork, excellence, innovation, trust and respect
Be willing to be assigned at Glorietta, Alabang Town Center, or Marquee Mall
