Switch is looking for a Community Manager


Become a Community Manager and be the bridge between our customers and our brand.




Is customer service and inquiries your forte? That's great to hear! Switch is looking for a Community Manager who can provide a great customer service and voice out our brand persona even behind the computer screen.


As a community manager, you are a natural leader, a multi-tasker, and a trusted communicator for the company. You will be working with the marketing team in developing and recreate our brand persona to strengthen customer experience online. You must be empathic, a good listener, and should know how to handle complaints professionally.



Your Duties and Responsibilities


  • Develop and manage our Google Business profiles

  • Manage customer inquiries and comments on our online social media pages

  • Manage our Internal Comms admin

  • Assist in in-store branding and planning

  • Assist in events for Apple New Product launch and Premium Accessories Launch

  • Handle cascading and monitoring of promos

  • Other company needs as assigned by management



Your Skills and Qualifications


  • Have a Bachelor’s degree in Corporate communications, Mass Communications, Marketing, Business or related field

  • Job experience in Administration or Sales and Marketing Assistant or related internship experience

  • Ability to respond and communicate in a professional manner

  • Have a high level of attention to detail

  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently

  • Have exceptional organizational, data analysis and negotiation skills

  • Excellent knowledge of social media trends, algorithm, customer pulse, etc.

  • Be customer-focused and can inspire a team to adhere to a marketing playbook

  • Digital Marketing experience

  • Loves to learn, can challenge the status quo, and can embrace change for good of all

  • Has a sense of responsibility and drive towards excellence

  • Love ideals of teamwork, excellence, innovation, trust and respect
