For your safety and convenience, we are implementing special guidelines on how to order the latest Apple products. These measures are put in place to maintain social distancing, avoid long queues, and store crowding.
We will still accept walk-ins but we highly encourage you to pre-order your device.

How to order?
1. Pre-register your interest
Answer one of the forms below to reserve your preferred device. Those who have pre-registered beforehand will be contacted & prioritized by our sales specialists.
2. Confirmation of order
Our sales specialists will contact you to confirm your order and time slot. Once confirmed, you will be sent a confirmation receipt via our @switch.com.ph email.
Option 1: You can pre-pay for your device to further reduce time in store.

Option 2: If you wish to pay for your device upon store pick-up, that can be arranged however your item will only be reserved until the end of the business day of your scheduled timeslot.
Installed payments for credit cards can only be transacted in-store. You can avail of up to 24 months 0% installment options on Citibank and Metrobank credit cards. We accept 6 months 0% installment on all major credit cards.
Trade-in your smartphone, iPad, or Apple Watch for the latest Apple products. Pay the difference in cash or card. Learn more about trade-in here.
4. Pick up in-store
Kindly pick up your device on your scheduled timeslot.
Pre-paid orders will be reserved for you until you are able to claim your item/s. However, we recommend that you pick up your device on your scheduled time slot for your convenience and safety.
Orders that have not been pre-paid will be held for you until the end of the business day of your scheduled pick-up time only. You will have to rebook your order.
