Diagnosis for Mac
Diagnostic fee are waived upon confirmation of repair and installation.
Diagnosis for iPods and iPads
This include restoration of the device OS; Please make sure to back up the files in the devices before proceeding. Switch will not be responsible for lost of data.
Installation of parts
Apple parts that requires to open a Mac for installation will require an installation fee. Installation fee are waived only if the unit is still under Apple Limited Warranty or under AppleCare warranty.
Installation of Hard Drive
This service includes migration of your files from the old HDD to the new HDD. However please make sure to back up your files before proceeding. Switch will not be responsible for lost of data.
We can assist you in migrating your files from old Mac to your new Mac, from PC to Mac (depends on the OS). Even from your TimeMachine back up to your Mac.
Installation of Softwares
We do not install pirated software, we can however reformat your system and reinstall OS. We can also assist you how to purchase the OS upgrade via the Mac App store.
Onsite service is available only on selected areas. And must be scheduled a week before. This service includes basic diagnosis and troubleshooting. This does not include take apart. Please inquire with our staff first before availing this service.
